Desert Sluggers Shock The World!
The Desert Sluggers went three for three to take the USSSA Super Ball Bash Majors Championship.
In the Championship Game the Slugger defense
allowed a couple quick runs in the first but the Sluggers bats answered with 7 of their own in
the bottom of the first. The Blaze came back and rocked the Sluggers starter for 7 runs of their own in the
third. Tyler came in and shut them down allowing our bats to work and scratch out a run here and a run there
finally going ahead 12 to 10 in the bottom of the 6th inning. Tyler finished what he started by closing out the
7th without allowing a run. It was presure packed and lasted
close to three hours on the clock. A long day but it's all worth it when you come out on top and win the Championship.
And now it's time for the Arizona Cardinals to finish what they started and Shock The World. Go Cardinals!
